Yes, we do. We work with various sub trades such as millwork companies, metals contractors, concrete companies, glaziers, flooring contractors, drywall, plumbing, mechanical, etc. In some cases, general contractors give full scope of work to various subcontractors where painting scope is minimal. And, we can help you with the painting scope of work.

We also work with various painting contractors as a subcontractor or on a project partnership basis in order to finish the project on time while maintaining the quality.

  • We will quote the project at least couple of days before due date so that you can use our numbers with yours and can still have some time to compile the quote to further submit it to your client
  • We will work with you in case the project is over budget and cost saving options are required
  • We can work on an hourly basis (multiplies by crew members) or can work on a fixed amount (NET30 basis) so that you don’t to worry about the final cost and can enjoy a decent markup on our work done.
  • We will provide detailed quote referring to each item with markups to avoid any confusions
  • We will communicate properly before you send us the purchase order to make sure we are on same page
  • We don’t cut corner and the work will be done keeping quality in mind and on time
